Toggle Local Network
On some M4 Mac minis, apps lose access to devices on the local network after a restart, even though their Local Network permission is still switched on. Switching the permission off and on again in System Settings fixes it until the next restart.

Toggle Local Network opens System Settings, switches each enabled Local Network permission off and back on, and checks that each one is on again before it quits. Allow Accessibility when asked, and add it to Login Items to run it after every restart.
